Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 29, 2026

In short: your files never leave your device — all processing happens in your browser. We only collect anonymous usage data via Google Analytics and data you voluntarily submit through the contact form.

1. Who we are

This privacy policy applies to kindatool.com, a free collection of browser-based online tools. For any privacy-related request, contact us at [email protected].

2. File processing — your files never leave your device

All tools on kindatool.com (PDF, image, conversion, compression) run entirely inside your browser using JavaScript and WebAssembly. Your files are never uploaded to any server. Once you close or navigate away from a tool page, all data in browser memory is automatically discarded. We have no access to the content of your files, and neither does anyone else.

3. Data we collect

Google Analytics — We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages visited, browser type, approximate region, time on page). This data is anonymous and aggregated; it does not include the content of your files or any personally identifiable information. Google Analytics sets cookies on your browser to distinguish visits. Data is processed by Google LLC and retained for up to 26 months. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on.

Cloudflare — Our site is served and protected by Cloudflare, which processes network-level data (IP address, request metadata) for security, DDoS protection, and content delivery. Cloudflare never accesses the content of your files.

Contact form — If you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message. This information is used only to respond to your inquiry and is not shared with any third party.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

Under the GDPR, if you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you (limited to contact form submissions, since we collect no other personal data directly). You also have the right to object to or restrict processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (Italy) or your national data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected].

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
